Jumping Jack Childcare Limited is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) to join our team. Located in Kelowna, BC, our childcare facility is committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and programs to meet the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive needs of children.

• Create a safe and supportive environment where children feel valued, respected, and encouraged to explore and discover.

• Collaborate with colleagues and families to develop individualized learning plans and support the holistic development of each child.

• Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and well-being.

• Adhere to licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification from a recognized institution.

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.

• Clear criminal record check and vulnerable sector screening.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
